Payment Methods
For your convenience, we are able to accept
transactions via credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover). We also accept
payment by check or money order. We offer two options on how you may give us
your payment information. You may use our secure server to enter your
credit card information right into the order page by clicking the place order
link. Please note, that you must still complete all information on the order
page, even though you have chosen to fax, or mail your check, money order or
credit card information. You will receive a confirmation that your order
has been received by e-mail notification. If we experience trouble in processing
your payment information, we will send you an e-mail notifying you of the
problem.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on our service, and do all we can to make ordering from us convenient, easy, and enjoyable. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days and we'll refund the full purchase price.

If you choose to return an item because you or your pet decides it is not satisfactory*, we'll refund the price of the item plus the applicable sales tax. Shipping charges to and from HappyTailsPetMart.com are not refundable.
If your purchase is defective or in error, we'll refund all charges, including shipping.
All returns should be complete and returned in their original packaging.

All returns are subject to the following:
Products must be returned in an "as new" condition.
All parts, instructions, manuals, original packaging, etc. must be included.
Defective items with manufacturer's warranty such as cages and crates, and future repairs or replacement, must be returned to the manufacturer. We will provide directions how to best handle these returned items. Contact us for assistance.
*Opened and used items, including but not limited to: chew toys, opened food, opened medicines, supplements or vitamins, videotapes and books are not returnable.
Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable.
Payment by Check
We will e-mail order confirmation
when we receive your check. Your order will be shipped within two weeks of
receipt. We will e-mail or FAX you shipment tracking information on the date it
ships.
